In adverse weather conditions such as dense fog and severe storms, the boat may not go out.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
You are not allowed to bring and/or consume your own food and/or beverages.
In case of insufficient participation, a cruise may be canceled. Guests will be notified by us in a timely manner.
Third-party vouchers and discount offers must be redeemed as instructed. No discount promotion or voucher can be redeemed on site if a reservation has not been made in the correct manner. The vouchers are only valid on the day and departure time for which you redeemed them and cannot be used on any other departure time or date.
There is no possibility of refund when cancelling tickets, reducing the number of people and arriving late.
Changing tickets to another date or time slot is possible up to 5 days before the sailing. This can be done by phone or email.
All transportation shall be on the CBRB/VNPR Passenger Transportation Conditions, filed with the District Court of Rotterdam.
