The Pancake Boat is a sailing restaurant with now 3 boats located in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Nijmegen. During the 75-minute cruise you can enjoy unlimited freshly baked pancakes. Choose a plain, bacon or apple pancake and top your pancake with delicious sweet or savory toppings. Put together your perfect pancake and enjoy! Do you have an allergy or dietary requirement? No problem! We have special batter where we can bake gluten-free and vegan pancakes, among others.

While you enjoy the pancakes, the boat sails past the city's most beautiful sights. In Amsterdam, for example, you sail across the IJ River with a view of the skyline, while in Rotterdam you admire the imposing Erasmus Bridge and modern architecture. The boat can be rented exclusively for parties of up to 150 people, where you can sail a fixed or your own course. This is possible outside regular sailing hours and ideal for special occasions such as Sinterklaas celebrations, Christmas outings or company parties.
