Safety comes first!

For parents it is import to know that the crew of De Pancakeboot considers the children’s’ safety of paramount importance.

It means, there are no low rails or dangerous openings.

Besides, the boat is always supervised and the crew pays extra attention to safety during embarking and debarking of passengers.

Is the boat wheelchair accessible?
It is possible to go on board in a wheelchair. If you indicate it during your reservation, we will book a table for you on the lower deck. On the lower deck you will also find the pancake buffet. The toilets are, however, situated on the upper deck and can only be reached through stairs. There is no elevator or disabled toilet on board.

Is the boat accessible for guests with crutches?
It is possible to go on board with crutches. We advise you to indicate it during your reservation, so we can book a table for you on the lower deck. On the lower deck you will also find the pancake buffet. The toilets are, however, situated on the upper deck and can only be reached through stairs. There is no elevator or disabled toilet on board.
